Isao Echizen is a Professor at the National Institute of Informatics (NII), Japan. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo. His research focuses on information security, multimedia forensics, and privacy protection technologies. He has led multiple national and international research projects on digital media security, authentication, and privacy-preserving AI. He is a member of IEEE, IEICE, and IPSJ, and has served on several technical committees and editorial boards.
